I recently fell in love with using tassels for party decorations.
I modified the tassel garland that I used for the Baby Sprinkle and turned it into decor for a Fiesta Night.

You can actually purchase these or if you are even semi-crafty, you can make your own. I used this tutorial from HGTV and Kim Stoegbauer of The TomKat Studio.

I made these mini-tassels with the same method, but I used my fabulous Martha Stewart fringe scissors to cut them.
