Cantaloupe Basil Gin Cocktails

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cubed cantaloupe
  • Juice of one lime
  • 6 ounces of gin
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • Lime slices for garnish

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the cantaloupe chunks and lime juice. Puree until smooth.
  • Pour puree into a small pitcher or carafe and add 6 ounces of gin.
  • Cut basil leaves into thin slices and add to pitcher. Stir well to combine.
  • Chill in fridge for an hour.
  • Serve over ice and enjoy!
