Paleo No-Bake Brownie Bites
Paleo No-Bake Brownie Bites are a healthier way to satisfy your sweet tooth. These vegan chocolatey, chewy treats are bite-sized and super simple to make. Gluten, dairy and grain free make these dessert bites perfect for all diets!

- 1 cup dried figs stems removed
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup almond butter
- pinch of salt
- pinch of cinnamon
- 3 TBSP maple syrup
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- crushed toasted coconut for coating
- finely chopped pistachios for coating
- cocoa powder for coating
Prepare coatings: use food processor to crush toasted coconut or finely chop pistachios (or any other nut of your choice). Then make the brownie bites.
Add all of the ingredients to the bowl of a food processor.
Process until mixture comes together and forms a dough-like consistency. The mixture will be grainy.
Scoop mixture by tablespoon and roll into 1" balls.
Roll each ball in a desired topping such as crushed toasted coconut, ground pistachios, or cocoa powder.
Refrigerate until ready to eat.
