Raspberry Ginger Lemon Kombucha {Copycat GT’s Trilogy}

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • Juice of two lemons
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp ginger grated

Instructions

To flavor one gallon of kombucha:

  • Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to a simmer. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let mixture cool to room temperature.
  • Combine with one gallon of brewed kombucha. Stir well.
  • Divide into bottles.
