This post for Tangerine Spice Soda: A Thanksgiving Mocktail Recipe is in partnership with Natalie’s Orchid Island Juice Company, but opinions are 100% my own.

The holidays tend to be a time of over-indulgence. I can’t tell you how many times I have been MISERABLE after Thanksgiving dinner. Way too much food and drink entered my body and left me feeling like I was literally going to pop. I finally learned my lesson and started being more mindful as I fill my plate and my glass.

I have also been on a mocktail kick lately, because they are just as delightful as boozy cocktails, but way better for you. With mocktails, you can still experiment with flavors from juices, simple syrups, herbs and fruits. But, you won’t wake up the next day feeling sluggish or worse, hungover.

I created this Tangerine Spice Soda with Natalie’s Tangerine Juice. I have to say that this is one of my favorites of their juices, secondly only to their delicious Grapefruit juiceNatalie’s Orchid Island Juice Company specializes in authentically fresh juices, and the Tangerine is bursting with amazing tangerine flavor. You can tell that there isn’t any junk in this one ingredient,  fresh-squeezed juice, too.

This Fall inspired mocktail, starts with a spiced simple syrup. With notes of cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg, the spiced syrup compliments all the flavors of a traditional Thanksgiving meal. Once you make the syrup, the rest of the beverage comes together in a snap. It’s simply tangerine juice, club soda and a bit of the yummy spiced syrup.

I love the color of this Thanksgiving mocktail, too. It goes perfectly with the colors of Fall. I love how it looks with my table that is set with all kinds of vintage things and my new favorite Dot & Army cloth napkins.  Using apples, persimmons and pomegranates is a way to incorporate edible items into a fun centerpiece.

Try this Tangerine Spice Soda: A Thanksgiving Mocktail and guests of all ages can have a tasty, healthy seasonal cup of cheer!
