Crostini with Goat Cheese, Berries and Honey

What is it about a tableful of small bites, or plates covered in appetizers that we simply can’t pass up? Factor in a few delectable dips and spreads and you’ve got an irresistible gathering spot where people are sure to feast on the fantastic flavors while mingling and socializing, and, of course, drinking!

Many restaurants are jumping on the bandwagon and offering small bite varieties with mix and match deals to make up a dinner of finger foods. These Crostini with Goat Cheese, Berries and Honey are fancy enough to make you feel like you are at a restaurant, but easy enough to make at home and wow your friends.

Crostini with Goat Cheese, Berries and Honey is a  crunchy, creamy and sweet hors d’oeuvre packed flavor and a refreshing contrast of sweet and sour. White goat cheese and the bold pop of color from the berry make this appetizer plate easy on the eyes as well as a sensory celebration.

Did you know? A crostini is a tiny, crispy, warm toast made from a baguette. Converting a baguette to a crostini is done by slicing and toasting. This simple happy hour snack recipe combines a creamy goat cheese atop a crispy crostini slice, topped with a fresh berry and drizzled with honey. Easy peasy! For the perfect cocktail pairing, try an Aperol Spritz.

Also, did you know that goat cheese is one of my favorite foods ever?? I’m a fool for goat cheese. What are some of your favorite happy hour snacks? Leave me some ideas for future recipes in the comments.
