When I choose a cocktail, I typically like something refreshing and fizzy.  This Blackberry Vodka Fizz meets both goals. It’s the perfect Springtime drink!

This Spring cocktail recipe is a laundry list of my favorite tastes. It has flavors of fresh blackberries, mint and lime, sweetened with a touch of simple syrup.  Rounding out the recipe is a smooth vodka (my favorite is Tito’s!), topped with La Croix lime flavored sparkling water.

My hubby and I are obsessed with La Croix sparkling waters. I look for every opportunity to use them when making cocktails. I pretty much use La Croix lime flavored water in every recipe that calls for club soda. It’s so refreshing and adds a lovely hint of lime at the same time.

To make this Blackberry Vodka Fizz, I muddle blackberries, a few mint leaves, two slices of lime and some simple syrup in a tall glass. Then I add vodka and give it a big stir. Last, I top it with lime flavored sparkling water. Ahhhh! So refreshing. Enjoy!
